30 Days Return Policy

You have 30 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return for eligible items. We want you to feel confident in your choices and are here to help if you need more.

Shipping Costs

While we accept returns, the shipping costs associated with returning items are the customer’s responsibility. We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method to ensure you return your items.

Refund Policy

We are committed to providing a delightful shopping experience; your satisfaction is our top priority. When you receive a package from us, please record an unboxing video (full 360-degree angles) in clear lighting. The video is necessary to prove damage cases. If you find defects in your products, you may return them to us; if we send you a different product from your order, you can exchange it.

The unboxing video should show the damaged parts and packing slip outside the package. If you find your item damaged within 30 days after you received the item), you should have two videos: an unboxing video and a damaged product video. We’re sorry, but we can’t accept an exchange if you don’t have the video or the video you have is edited/paused.  Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for returns, including:

  • Swimwear and Yoga Clothes: We cannot accept returned swimwear or yoga clothes for hygienic reasons.
  • Accessories: Jewelry, sunglasses, and homewares are also non-returnable.
  • Sale Items: We do not accept returns for items purchased during promotional sales or clearance events. All sale items are considered final.

    Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the item(s) must meet the following conditions:

  • Record an unboxing video when opening the package and send it to admin@loveanchorcanggu.com 
  • The item(s) must be in the same condition as when you received them.
  • The item(s) must be unused and unworn.
  • All original tags must still be attached.
  • The item(s) must not have any noticeable smell of perfume or other fragrances.

 Please ensure that the item(s) are securely packaged to prevent damage during the return shipping.

 How to Initiate a Return:

  • Email us the unboxing video and pictures of the products with your Order ID number to admin@loveanchorcanggu.com with the subject: “EXCHANGE IT PLEASE,” no more than 30 days from the receipt date. Then, please send us the product you want to exchange to the email address you will receive. Again, used products cannot be returned or exchanged. The following policies do not apply to sale items: All Sale items are final purchases and cannot be returned or exchanged. Provide your order number, the name of the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return. Our Customer Support Team will provide you with detailed instructions on how to complete the return process.

Refund Process:

We will issue store credits to your account once we receive and inspect your returned item (s). You can use these store credits for future purchases on our website or in our stores.
